Meet Chef Eli Isaac.

Originally from Listuguj, Chef Eli brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, from kitchens across Canada to the vibrant culinary scenes of the Caribbean. His diverse background has helped shape a creative, adaptable, and community-rooted approach to cooking.

Now, he's bringing that passion home.
